July 5 was the anniversary of Café Terra Cotta in Tucson, Arizona, but it wasn't a happy one. A fire that day nearly destroyed the building which has been shut done ever since. Repairs are almost finished, however, and this ad created by Michael Bolchalk Marketing and running in various Tucson publications, is designed to let consumers know the status on one of Tucson's most famous restaurants which will reopen December 20.
