For the past 27 years, Elaine has been providing public relations, media relations and community relations services to a variety of businesses, organizations and government agencies. Elaine is a native Tucsonan and former journalist. She is familiar with members of the Tucson media and works with them daily.
She has a BA in Journalism from the University of Arizona and a Master's in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix. She earned her Accredited Public Relations (APR) designation in 1987 from the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) and was named a Fellow in PRSA in 2004, the highest measure of professional achievement available in the public relations profession.
In addition to owning public relations firms, Elaine was executive director of the Tucson Regional Water Council and the Southern Arizona Water Resources Association, and the Outreach and Marketing Manager for the Pima County Health System.
She represents southern Arizona at the national Public Relations Society of America meetings and is a board member of the Southern Arizona Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America.
