Tucson Advertising Agency Assists United Way of Tucson
and Southern Arizona Media Partnership

Tucson, AZ - Since 2000, the American Advertising Federation - Tucson chapter under the leadership of Bolchalk FReY Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations has partnered with United Way of Tucson and Southern Arizona to conduct a full-scale multi-media public service advertising campaign.

The community partnership consisting of 35 media companies has generated more than $4 million advertising for the United Way. The bilingual public service advertising program is the largest PSA project ever conducted in Southern Arizona.

As a result, the Tucson chapter has created a sustaining Scholarship Endowment Fund for its Education Foundation. Scholarships are awarded annually to Student Advertising Federation members of The Art Center Design College, Pima Community College and University of Arizona. The scholarships also include a Hispanic Marketing Education Scholarship funded through proceeds from the Annual Hispanic Marketing Educational Series Luncheon.

This year United Way embarks on new national and local campaign titled "Live United" to improve the common good. The the ten-year program focuses on education, income and health as building blocks for a good life.
