Bolchalk, Nickel Named Top SAHBA Associates	From: Southern Arizona Home Builders November 10, 2005

At the inaugural SAHBA Associates Awards Luncheon, 175 people honored 10 members for their contributions to SAHBA and the community.

Michael Bolchalk Marketing and Chuck Nickel of TecHome Pro won the major awards. Bolchalk Marketing won for its work on the SAHBA “Growth Pays its Way” public education campaign, SAHBA Home Show marketing, and because of active employee participation in the Association.

Nickel was the top individual winner for his involvement in several committees including the Home Show, Membership, and Carnival de Golfe.

The SAHBA Associates Council established the program to recognize non-builder members who support SAHBA and its efforts to build a better community, and members who exhibit good customer service and good business practices.

The Council Chair was Marty Mincer (Southern Arizona Glassworks) and judges were non-SAHBA members. The event was held recently at the Sheraton Tucson Hotel & Suites.

Most Enthusiastic New Member/Representative – Corporate:
